Chapter One of your love story.
Engagement sessions do two important things for you. First, they offer a sweet opportunity to put down the wedding planning to-do lists, and clear a couple hours in your schedule for some sweet quality time with your favorite person! Second, they allow you to get to know your photographer and explore what it’s like to be in front of the camera. I promise it’s not as scary as you might think, and it’s a great warm up for being photographed on your wedding day!
If you’re anything like my other couples, you’ll leave your session so glad that you made time for it. Most likely your face will hurt from the laughter and smiles, and your heart will feel full and grateful. Life is too short to experience anything less!
Lorna did an outstanding job of capturing our personalities. We love the natural and relaxed look of the images, and the photos feel very much like "us." You also can't even tell how early it was or how sleepy we might have been - I think this is partially because the shoot itself was very energizing and fun!
Lorna's photos have an incredible vibrance about them, both visually and in the emotions and personalities they capture. She has an amazing eye for light and color, and is a pro at bringing out the best in her subjects. She is also very friendly and pleasant to work with - not at all imposing or intimidating.
